Description

A classic Italian antipasto pairing of silky prosciutto and sweet cantaloupe, elevated with fresh mint and a squeeze of lime. Effortless and elegant.

Instructions

  1. Prep the melon: Halve and deseed the cantaloupe. Cut into wedges and remove the rind, or use a melon baller for a more decorative look.
  2. Arrange: Lay the melon pieces across a large serving board or platter.
  3. Drape the prosciutto: Loosely wrap or ribbon the prosciutto slices over and around the melon.
  4. Garnish: Tear fresh mint leaves and scatter over the platter. Squeeze lime juice over everything.
  5. Finish with a grind of black pepper and serve immediately.
