Instructions

  2. Arrange the platter: Spread the herbed cream cheese across a serving board or plate.
  3. Layer the salmon: Drape the smoked salmon slices loosely over and around the cream cheese.
  4. Garnish: Add fresh dill sprigs, extra lemon slices, capers if available, and a final grind of black pepper.
  5. Serve with toasted bagels, rye bread, or crackers.

Tips

  • Assemble up to 30 minutes ahead and keep covered in the fridge.
