Description

A thick, creamy smoothie bowl made with tropical mango, avocado, lime juice, and honey. Top with your favourite fruits and seeds for the ultimate spring breakfast.

Instructions

  1. Freeze the fruit: Peel and cut the mango into chunks. Halve, stone, and scoop the avocado. Freeze both for at least 2 hours (or overnight) for the thickest, creamiest result.
  2. Blend: Add the frozen mango and avocado to a high-speed blender with the lime juice and honey. Use a tamper or stop to scrape down the sides until the mixture is thick and very smooth.
  3. Keep it thick: If the blender struggles, add just 1–2 tablespoons of water at a time. The mixture should be thick enough to hold a spoon upright.
  4. Pour into bowls.
  5. Top with fresh fruit slices, granola, toasted coconut, or chia seeds. Serve immediately before it melts.
