Description

Instructions
- Prep the melon: Halve and deseed the cantaloupe. Cut into wedges and remove the rind, or use a melon baller for a more decorative look.
- Arrange: Lay the melon pieces across a large serving board or platter.
- Drape the prosciutto: Loosely wrap or ribbon the prosciutto slices over and around the melon.
- Garnish: Tear fresh mint leaves and scatter over the platter. Squeeze lime juice over everything.
