Instructions
Prep the prawns: Pat 350g raw, peeled prawns dry with kitchen paper and season with salt and pepper.
Cook garlic: Melt 30g butter in a wide pan over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant — don't let it burn.
Cook the prawns: Increase heat to medium-high. Add prawns in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.
Add lemon: Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the prawns and stir. Cook for 30 seconds more.
Serve immediately: Transfer to a plate and serve with bread, rice, or pasta.
