Creamy, antioxidant-rich blueberries blended with banana, fresh mint, and Greek yogurt. A gorgeous purple spring smoothie that tastes as good as it looks.
Instructions
Prep: Rinse the blueberries. Peel and break the banana into chunks. Strip the mint leaves from their stalks.
Blend all ingredients on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
Taste: Add a teaspoon of honey if you like it sweeter. A squeeze of lemon brightens the flavour beautifully.
Adjust thickness: Add a splash of milk or water for a thinner drink.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with a few whole blueberries and a sprig of mint.
Tips
Frozen blueberries give an even creamier, cooler result.
