Blueberry & Mint Smoothie

Description

Creamy, antioxidant-rich blueberries blended with banana, fresh mint, and Greek yogurt. A gorgeous purple spring smoothie that tastes as good as it looks.

Instructions

  1. Prep: Rinse the blueberries. Peel and break the banana into chunks. Strip the mint leaves from their stalks.
  2. Blend all ingredients on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  3. Taste: Add a teaspoon of honey if you like it sweeter. A squeeze of lemon brightens the flavour beautifully.
  4. Adjust thickness: Add a splash of milk or water for a thinner drink.
  5. Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with a few whole blueberries and a sprig of mint.

Tips

  • Frozen blueberries give an even creamier, cooler result.
