Description
A creamy, naturally sweet smoothie with ripe strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey — the perfect wholesome spring breakfast.
Instructions
- Prep the fruit: Hull and halve the strawberries. Peel and break the banana into chunks. Freeze the banana ahead of time for a colder, thicker result.
- Add to blender: Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust: Add more honey if desired, or a splash of milk to thin to your preferred consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Tips
- Frozen strawberries work just as well out of season.
- A handful of oats blended in makes this a filling breakfast-in-a-glass.
