Description

A thick, tropical smoothie bursting with fresh strawberries, ripe mango, banana, and creamy Greek yogurt — the ultimate spring morning fuel in a glass.

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit: Hull and halve the strawberries. Peel the mango, remove the stone, and cut into chunks. Peel and break the banana into pieces. Freeze the banana and mango overnight for a thicker, colder result.
  2. Blend all ingredients on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  3. Adjust consistency: Add a splash of water or coconut water if too thick.
  4. Taste and add a drizzle of honey if you'd like it sweeter.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
